InFocus.net 121 SIP service uses specific ports to communicate.
The Mondopad and MVP100 Video Phone both use ports 5060 and 5061.
If these ports are blocked your device will have trouble registering
to InFocus.net and will fail to make successful calls.
If you believe that you may be experiencing these problems, we have a useful online
port tester that will tell you if blocked ports are contributing to your call failure. Simply visit this website using Internet Explorer or Firefox (Chrome won't work). Enter your name and email address and run the test. It will notify you of the status of your SIP ports.
If it tells you that your ports are closed you will need to have your firewall configured to allow traffic on these ports.
