Loss of Touch on INF7021/ INF8021 and Dual Screen INF7021 Configuration

After Upgrading or Reimaging to WIN10 and MP 2.2.xx

In these cases uninstalling the current PQLabs driver and reinstalling the prior one from WIN7 resolves the issue.

First uninstall the PQLabs driver under Settings->System-Apps & features

Then reinstall the versions indicated below:

For the INF7021 go to the c:\Drivers\Touch folder then run “mt_driver_kit_v4.1406Proj6.exe” installer program

(http://www.infocus.com/displays/INF7021#downloads then down to Software and select “Touch Driver (11/5/2015)”)

For the INF8021 go to the c:\Drivers\Touch folder then run “mt_driver_kit_v4.1509R3IFC.exe” installer program

For Dual Screen INF7021 (http://www.infocus.com/displays/INF7021#downloads then down to Software and select “Touch Driver (11/5/2015)”)
