Some Mondopad users may experience a loss of the Virtual Keyboard in the Mondopad shell after updating to Windows 10. The keyboard in Windows might work, but the keyboard brought up by the icon in the upper right will not show.
This is due to a couple settings in Windows being changed. You can recover that keyboard by going through the following steps:
- Go to Settings in Windows
- Go to Devices
- On the side menu, select Typing.
- You will then see the following settings:
Turn on the bottom two options.
After this, the Mondopad shell keyboard should start working. You might need to close and reopen the shell, but that hasn't been necessary in all cases.
