Before placing a Skype or Skype for Business call from the Mondopad Shell, Skype and/or Skype for Business must be installed, running, and logged in in Windows on the Mondopad. The Mondopad software will pull the Skype or Skype for Business window in front of the Mondopad interface when initiating the call. This is because it is not possible to integrate the proprietary Skype transmission directly into the Mondopad Video Meeting interface.
- Tap the down arrow on the right side of the Alternate Call Button in Video Meeting and select Skype or Skype for Business.
- Type the Skype username or Skype for Business email address on the dial pad.
- Tap the Skype or Skype for Business icon on the left side of the Alternate Call Button.
- Follow normal procedures in the Skype or Skype for Business window.
